The Mandela Effect, Or Quantum Effect: What do you see?

If you haven’t yet heard about the Mandela Effect, get ready to learn about it. It is very interesting and very, very “woo woo”. I seriously did not want to say anything about it because it is, far and away, the biggest, strangest, scariest and weirdest thing I have ever come across. But as you can tell, I decided I just had to say something about it anyway. By the time you get to the end of this, you will understand the reticence, because if people do NOT get this, they think that you are….well, crazy.

First, to define it. The term Mandela Effect was coined by a lady named Fiona Broome.  Evidently, thousands of people recall Nelson Mandela dying in prison, and recall watching the funeral on television and details that don’t bear out via internet searches. Mandela evidently died in 2013, not in the late 1980’s or early 1990’s as many people recall. More people recall other things than the earlier demise of Mandela, so it is a bit of a misnomer, bit it has been named “Mandela Effect” because of so many people having that memory of Mandela’s death. I’ll run through a short list of things, and you can see what your memory tells you about this “effect”. It runs across the full spectrum of media, product names, marketing and even scripture….Scripture is why I have involved myself in looking into this so intently.

So, here is the “Mandela Effect” intro…(drum roll, please!)

What is the most common adult diaper on the market? “Depends” is what everyone calls it, and what a lot of people remember, but…(you might need one by the time I am done, ahem)…It is now, and always has been, “Depend”. No “s”.

How about Bragg’s vinegar? That is seriously good vinegar, and highly recommended by many for all of the great things that good cider vinegar does for a body. Now it is….and always has been, “Bragg”. Again, no “s”.

Do you remember “Looney Toons”? Well, they still have “Tiny Toons”, but “Looney Toons” is now, and always has been, “Looney Tunes”.

Do you remember Redi Whip? The aerosolized whip cream in the refrigerator section? It is now, and always has been…”Reddi Wip”.

How about “Fruit Loops”? Evidently, now, when it came out in the late 1950’s, it was, and always has been, “Froot Loops”.

I definitely see the humor in “Looney Toons” and “Fruit Loops” both being on this list!

In the original Disney movie Snow White, what did the evil queen say when she spoke to the mirror?……….

... -guest-wish-list---evil-queen-from-snow-white-and-the-seven-dwarfs

(long pause for effect…Pun intended….)

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?”

That’s what I recall. But now, it is, and always has been….”Magic mirror on the wall…”

Mind you, this is on old VHS tapes, and on our old DVD here. It changed on our shelf, and even our youngest noted it. Honestly, it made her mad.

How about “The Empire Strikes Back”? If you remember the fight scene between Luke and Darth Vader, where Vader chops off Luke’s hand, what did Vader say to Luke about Luke’s father?

Was it, “Luke, I am your father”?

Or, was it, “No, I am your father”?

Lots of people remember, “Luke, I am your father”—

but now…it is and always has been, “No, I am your father”.

Evidently, James Earl Jones didn’t forget the line he originally said. Glitch in the matrix?

There are literally hundreds of these examples. I don’t see, or agree with all of them, but here is a list someone began so that people would have an easy way to check things.

Then, for those of you who are believers, what kind of animal lays down with the lamb?

If you answered “lion”, we remember the same thing. I even have it marked in both places in Isaiah (11:6 and 65:25) in my very worn out KJV 1611 from the 1990’s.

But now, it says, “the wolf shall also dwell with the lamb….” And it “always” has said the wolf shall dwell with the lamb. But it didn’t. And according to one person who was working on a play, it changed about 9 months ago in Isaiah 11:6. According to a good friend, her scriptures said “lion” in Isaiah 65:25 on May 26th, and then on May 28th, it had changed to the wolf.

These are hard copies of printed bibles that are on our shelves. Not new ones that have been edited in a publisher’s office and then printed. This is changing on the shelf.

Also, a very famous verse that both believers and non-believers have memorized is different. In Matthew 7:1, it always used to say “Judge not, lest ye be judged”.  Now it says, “Judge not that ye be not judged”.

There are a lot of things out there that people are saying is the “Mandela Effect” that is really just a memory issue. But there are many, many, other things that are solidly changed… and changing scripture is a huge, huge issue. And there are a lot of changes in scripture and most of them are in the King James Version.

We have six different versions of KJV here, and my Nelson Study Bible has the most changes along with my KJV 1611. The Scofield KJV Reference Bible still says  in Matthew 9:17 “Neither do men put new wine into old wineskins, else the wineskins break, and the wine runneth out, and the wineskins perish; but they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.” But the other KJV versions here now say “bottles” instead of wineskins. And “bottles” makes zero sense. Old bottles do NOT break when you put new wine into them. A cork might blow, but the bottles don’t break unless you drop them.

This is a video from a guy that I think really has this issue figured out. This is about the division between those who see this, and those who don’t. It’s about half an hour in length and may help you get this a little better:

Here is the latest video from photohelix. This explains the quantum aspect of this a little more. It is a bit lengthy, over an hour, but it gives insight that appears to be very important into this issue.

Let me know your thoughts on this. I’m very curious to know what people think.

Remember the book 1984, where facts were changed by changing what was in their press? Couldn’t Google be doing the same thing?

They could have put out news that Mandella died in the past, and then just changed their story. This might all be a DARPA project designed to see how to psy-op effectively the serfs or a dozen other goals.

If it were just changes on the internet, for sure. It would totally be like “The Ministry of Truth”. And I have no doubt that DARPA is involved with the technology to some degree. If you look into their technotronic and psychotronic weapons, that in itself is a very creepy tour. But, like I said, this is stuff on our shelves in our homes. And scriptures and things committed to memory. This sure seems like something that is more on the molecular, or quantum level. Maybe watch the last video. That’s what I think is happening. And for the record, I don’t like it.

This is freaky. You are saying that your books have changed, right? While at home. Maybe they have perfected time travel or something. My question is why change from lion to wolf? What is the benefit? And what else has changed that we have not yet noticed? Looking forward to anything else you find out.

      Jun 13, 2016 @ 11:40:54

Yes, that is what I am saying. And double yes, it is very freaky. If you click on the link of the list, you can find a lot more. As I said, I don’t think all the things that are reported as “the effect” really are, but there are a lot of scripture changes, mainly in KJV that I definitely know have changed. Some things have changed in all scriptures, like the lion shall lay with the lamb. That’s across every translation we have, and it would be understandable if perhaps one said wolf, and the other lion showing that people failed to recall the one that said wolf. I would not have a problem attributing that to a memory fail….but they both changed. In every translation. The wolf always represents satan. Lion can sometimes represent satan, but the Lion of the Tribe of Judah is Yeshua Messiah.

Another one that changed in KJV is Genesis 3:15. This is across many types of KJV. It’s know as the first prophecy of Messiah. It used to read:

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed, he shall crush your head, and thou shalt bruise (or strike in some KJV’s) his heel.”

      Now, it reads:

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed, IT shall BRUISE thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”

So referencing Messiah as “it” and allowing for equal harm between satan and Yeshua. –Not–

The scripture never said the lion would lie with the lamb. Check out this link:, starting at 1:21:50 (June 15, 2016), Monte Judah, of Lion Lamb Ministries, addressing the question. I remembered hearing him talk about this many years ago and had to check. Fortunately, someone asked him about the Mandela Effect in this month’s Q & A. I don’t know what to think about some of the other things on the list.

      • truthfarmer
        Jun 23, 2016 @ 20:04:41

Sorry, but though Monte Judah has some good things, and though I would be willing to say that perhaps Isaiah 65:25 did not say the lion would lie with the lamb, and instead dwell or feed with the lamb, it NEVER said anything about the wolf in relation to the millenial Kingdom in either 11:6 or 65:25. This “forgetfulness” is part of the Mandela effect. There is entirely too much residual evidence to the contrary on the lion and the lamb.

While I can’t find the link any longer, in my early vetting of this someone said they were working on a play or a musical with Isaiah 11:6 as part of it, and about 9 months ago it changed.

The ‘benefit’ to the darker forces is that it negates the Bible as the true, incorruptible, and POWERFUL Word of God. Satan and his minions know they cannot create things themselves but they can manipulate and cast enough doubt that people are steered away from Christ. Think about it: if you tell someone that Christ is loving and never does he say anything about killing another, then they go and read Luke 19:27 that says “SLAY them before me”, you’ve lost the battle right there. It’s just like it was in the beginning: “Did God surely say…?” and “You will not surely die…” We’d better keep an eye on parts of the Bible that talk about satan, because I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow Scripture gets “updated” so that satan is shown in a good light. Look at all the luciferian teachings that show satan as someone who was “trapped” by God until he was finally “freed” from his heavenly prison to rule on his own. He is the father of lies and deception from the beginning. It’s just that the veil is getting thinner, and he’s really stepping up his game. Expect more weirdness!

I just have to add this. Recently I bought a journaling Bible and was very upset to find that Matthew 18:22 said “seventy seven times” instead of “seventy times seven”. So I pulled out all my various versions of the Bible and found that the newer ones had changed the words, but the old tried and true scriptures remain the same. Whew! For a minute there I thought I was off the hook and didn’t need to forgive my brother anymore! 🙂

Yes, the Bible has been changed. Here you find an Overview and you even find LOTS AND LOTS of proof for that Isaiah 11:6 changed – just click on the link there:

    Here you find more changes:

We even know WHY they are changing the Bible:

PS: the Bible even predicted such things will happen – see Daniel 7:25 / 2 Thess2:11ff / Mt24 and also Amos 8:11-14

Seeing that history has been modified and certain things in history that are still in use today appear to be modified, does anyone know when this started? With respects to physical changes, I can verify that I am in my mid 40’s and have always had 20/15 vision but I woke one day about two months ago and was freaked out that overnight my vision was blurred while looking at small writing about a foot away. I have never ever had a problem with seeing far away or up close! It literally happened overnight! I hear no mention on here of the unicorns mentioned in the bible though! I know with absolute certainty that unicorns were never ever in the bible like they are in Job 39:9! Also, Jesus never said he would SLAY anyone like it says now in Luke 19:27! Photohelix is a great source of reliable information and I pray to God he remains a source! I think that he’s right on point and the information he’s put together makes perfect sense to me! I saw the Cern celebration and it was entirely satanic thus, one can reasonably conclude that their agenda is even darker! It’s really a lonely place when you don’t know who to trust or even what information is truth.

The bible changes through time, people rewrite it to keep up with modern times. The King James bible is quite a lot different from the first English version tea slated from Latin Vulgae (something like that) so all that is is publication.

Ben told me you killed and murdered my father….
No, I am your father is how I remember it.

However the Mandela thing I have heard before and that is very strange.

Also the naming if items is just grammatical in the way we say it, we’re used to saying the stuff that belongs to Jo, becomes Jo’s stuff.

I am listening to the replay of you on The Power Hour on the Mandela effect.
If time travel allows for changing of the physical, i.e. scripture, books, movies etc. for the obvious purpose of changing perception, it will not effect our memories because we actually lived it the original way. But it is our memories they wish to destroy because it is our memories that conflict with their plan. Sadly, they will use our memories against us to claim we are crazy and when the ignorant jurors see with their eyes the new narrative implanted in the physical, they will convict us. It’s how the deceiver manipulates Gods creation to destroy Gods creation.

I am not a Christian, but was taught from the Bible at school. The one that gets to me is the Lord’s Prayer; trespass being replaced with debt. Even my staunchly atheist husband agrees on that one,it’s in the memory of many generations, not so easy to write off as “misremembering”. And it was a lion.
The example that got me looking was actually the assassination of JFK. I’m too young to remember it firsthand, but I’d recently done a lot of research, and significant details I had read about and seen original film of many times, seemingly changed overnight.
My Mum does remember the original event vividly, and she agreed with me; I didn’t tip her off, I asked her first, and told her why afterwards. She was utterly confused and still is, This event felt very personal to many people of her generation, and she just wouldn’t have got it wrong.

How would any of you explain that South America now lies thousands of miles to the east of where it used to be, south of and just slightly east of North America? This “change” didn’t just happen overnight – it must have been billions of years ago. Also, since when is our heart almost central? Our stomach up high? Our kidneys under the rib cage, higher. Do you even know your blood type anymore? Check before assuming its what it used to be. This is not a psy-ops program. This is a shift in time and space, rippling forward. It will be fun to learn what else has changed. And whether there will be yet another shift. Riding the wave!

The lion and the lamb is Rev 5:5-6 referring to Jesus. Isaiah 11:6 has always been the wolf and lamb. Think about it. Long ago Shepard would have written about wolves and lambs, they are natural enemies. Jesus IS the lion and the lamb.

Sorry, but Isaiah has changed. There are old pieces of artwork with the verse on it. If you don’t think so, okay, but even in my KJV on the Revelation reference it refers back to Isaiah and the young lion laying with the lamb. In scripture the wolf is always a metaphor for satan.

You are right. And I hate to add ammunition for any to discount me as a kook, but because they’ve been left in spiritual text, i am forced to at least entertain the possibility that the effects are intentional signs, to be heeded.

I shared this today.. this issue has given me serious pause. I feel simultaneously comforted and more unsettled by Max Loughan, genius kid physicist believes it is “absolutely real” and explains it with quantum theory. (YouTube) I’m with you, scary, weird.. but let’s talk about it, we’re all not crazy!

    • truthfarmer
      Apr 21, 2017 @ 12:11:18

No, we are not crazy. It’s interesting how a lot of people that don’t get it are very hostile towards those of us that do.

I watched the video of Max and he is a really cool kid, but I disagree completely with his conclusion that we shifted dimensions. There are too many residuals of changes for that to be the case. Like the movie called “Mirror, Mirror” and other films with the “Luke, I am your father” in them. So, in no way do I think we changed dimensions. I think it is more editing and wiping of people’s minds via nanotech on a quantum level that is occurring.

Also interesting, and I would like to know what others think or notice, when I come across something that someone says is an effect and I am uncertain about it, I literally feel a sensation in my brain that is similar to a push, or pressure of some sort. It isn’t strong, but slight. Anyone else that gets the changes understand what I am talking about?

      • caitlin
        Apr 21, 2017 @ 15:11:26

I have an almost automatic rejection of things that are not “real” effects, if that’s what you mean… like when ppl say “Jif” is “Jiffy” (to me seems obvious that they’ve conflated it with Skippy)… and similarly Sally “Fields” not Field, I’m inkling that is a conflation with Mrs. Fields cookies! However, concerning Sally Field, she really did say: “You like me, you really like me.” (Sometimes, i even remember her repeating it again, “you really, really like me!” Distinctly, i remember feeling embarrassed for her gushing.) As for conflation, and the quantum explanation, i lean toward believing a version of that. Since there are so many folks “here” with strong conflicting memories, i entertain the possibility that we are all united in a conflation of multiple timelines. Personally, i recognize the changes distinctly, as an inexplicable ken, instinctively, and this deep level understanding never asserted itself before CERN came online. But i do entertain that there’s more than one alternate version of the here, now timeline coexisting.
I am 45, i do not remember Mandela dying in the 80’s, but as a teen, assuredly I was solipsistic, if not oblivious. Thanks for responding, I’m enjoying a few responders on FB today, as well. ( ) If you want to add 2 cents!

No, that isn’t what I mean. But it’s very difficult to describe, so no worries.

I have a very good friend who was basically fully convinced of Mandela by Jiffy peanut butter never having existed as it was his favorite as a child. For myself, I remember it, but not distinctly and I wouldn’t swear up and down that Jiffy peanut butter was the name. I don’t feel completely solid about it. Yet, in your other example, I am certain it was Sally Fields. Certain. I remember and David Letterman concurred that Sally Field was Sally Fields, so that isn’t really working for me as the clear determinants of what are actual conflations and what are effects.

Let me try again and see if it comes across any better than the first time…:)

So there are things that we come across that people report as effects-and they seem very certain of it- yet we are not necessarily solid in our own minds about. Perhaps things of little interest to us, or that we are not actually very familiar with in our own lives. When a reported effect is one of these kinds of things, and I can actually see both potentials as being credible in my own mind, I feel somewhat of a pulse/push inside both halves of my brain in a large comma type area above and inward of my eyebrows. It’s not painful or really strong, just slightly present. Again, it i when it is something that I don’t feel certain of due to only passing familiarity with the particular “effect”. Does that help explain it better? Do you, or anyone else, get the same feeling in their head?

And I do hope I am not giving something important away! lol…

        Jan 29, 2018 @ 12:36:37

Yes, I’ve noticed that as well…I’ve even noticed that I don’t remember certain MEs, but am willing to believe others’ memories over my own, in certain cases. For example, I always remember the word “stuff” in KJV, at least in the Old Testament. In fact, as I am typing this now, I’m actually remembering years ago when I went to my mom and made some comment about how the Bible says “stuff” (I thought it sounded weird even at the time). She emphatically said to me “it does not says ‘stuff,'” and she’s read the entire KJV many times. I got into an argument with her saying “yes it does, I can prove it” and showing her that it did in fact say so. Looking back on this now, I could have never imagined that she was actually the one who was right all along. But she very well might have been.

This was written by John Bunyan (author of the Pilgrim’s Progress) He wrote “An Exhortation To Peace and Unity”

I had to retrieve it from the conversation I had with someone…. but here it is. John Bunyan would not be making a mistake writing an exhortation. Think about it…..
The peace and unity that was among the primitive Christians drew others to them. What hinders the conversion of the Jews, but the divisions of Christians? Must I be a Christian, says the Jew? What Christian must I be; of what sect must I be of? The Jews, as one observes, glossing upon that text in Isaiah 11:6, where it is prophesied, that the lion and the lamb shall lie down together, and that there shall be none left to hurt nor destroy in all God’s holy mountain; they

Ok, I found the quote on the computer, sorry, but John Bunyan did write that it was the lion laying down with the lamb and I don’t think this Bible Scholar would get the Scripture verse wrong and say it was a lion instead of the wolf. You can find it online An Exhortation To Peace and Unity by John Bunyan and find it for yourself.
