CBD oil, which is not at all psychoactive (doesn’t make anyone ‘high’) is now specifically listed as a Schedule 1 drug, meaning it has NO medicinal value and a high abuse rate. Lots of people have been using CBD for arthritis pain, migraines, seizures, rheumatism, tendonitis, and other things. For some people, it is the only thing that has helped them, and now, it is going to be illegal, by a rule.
Here is an article on it. This almost seems like a hail Mary attempt at asserting control over people’s right to self-determination on cannabis. Too many people now know that the only reason this is “controlled” is to control the health and -access to- well being that is definitely a human right.For some reason, many people seem to think that only doctors and pharmaceutical companies know how living beings should deal with the rigors of being alive.

DENVER — A cannabidiol hemp oil used by some families of children with seizures has been officially named a Schedule I drug by the DEA.
“Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse,” the DEA says on its website.
That puts the oil in the same category as heroin, LSD, ecstasy, meth, peyote and marijuana.
The DEA published the details about the change in the Federal Register.
It applies to any “extract containing one or more cannabinoids that has been derived from any plant of the genus Cannabis,” the Federal Register posting said.
The change explains that the DEA is creating a new Administrative Controlled Substances Code Number for what it calls “Marihuana [sic] Extract.”
During the comment period for the new rule, one person asked for clarification of whether the new drug code would be applicable to cannabidiol (CBD).
The DEA responded to say any cannabis plant extract that contains CBD and no other cannabinoids will still fall within the new drug code.

This is what happens when Americans have no idea what a right is, and think that begging for a permission is how you get the government to respect ,and defend our rights. The word “right” never comes up in the discourse, as Americans truly believe that government is their God, and that it grants them permissions that they mistakenly call rights. They know nothing about government’s charter being solely to protect their rights, or what a right truly is.
They obviously do not even know what a “law” is as the DEA has no authority at all to write “law”.
The obvious reason for the treasonous DEA to have written this rule, is to protect the profits of big pharma. We live under fascism these days, get used to it.

“Regulation” for your safety is how the globalists have gotten the camel’s nose under the tent. In this case the regulations emanate directly from the globalist’s mouth piece the United Nations. Yes the UN dictated these drug schedules to all industrialized nations 10 years before Nixon started his war on drugs.
The thing is that government has never been granted the authority to make us safe, by infringing upon our rights. How can government protect our rights (which we as the sovereigns have ALL rights) if they are constantly trampling them in the name of making us “safe”?
“Regulation” is an oxymoron. Is is nothing more than government trampling your rights. It is a euphemism designed to placate the idiot products of government schools.
I would hate to see a society where government decides for us what is safe enough to do. We would not be allowed to sail sail boats. To alpine ski, to ride motorcycles, to ride horses, even to drive our own cars…. that is where we are headed with a government that plays God, and decides for us what our rights are in order to make us “safe.”

The ONLY real answer is to educate people. They are incredibly dumb after 12 years in the legally required indoctrination camps. They exit thinking that they know everything and that their education is complete.
I just got off of a market gardening forum on Face Book where I was commenting in a thread about the USDA sending out census forms to members. I was attacked as a “waco” because I actually knew what I was talking about and could back it up.
The hardest thing for me is that ALL of the small farming forums are literally filled with LIBTARDS that worship government and don’t know their arse from a hole in the ground.
I will probably soon be banned as that is what Libtard sites do when you dare to think for yourself.
Many were touting the importance of the government knowing about their farm so that they could receive their portion of stolen funds. They were oblivious to the fact that a census was used to round up the Jews in Germany and the Japanese in America and to put them in concentration camps. At the very least this current farm census information will be used by those that are implementing agenda 21. You can’t get much dumber than a Libtard.

The police in Charlestown NH are charging me with Dui of marijuana for having marijuana in my car while sleeping at a rest stop. I wasn’t high or driving… but got arrested and my car was impounded and when I got it back, vandalized with evidence tape that is difficult to scrape off. If they prosecute me for this, there is no justice in this system anymore.
